Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Our return policy applies within 15 days of receiving your product. If 15 days have passed since receipt, we cannot offer a refund. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and returned in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Gift cards
Downloadable products, such as travel and photography guides
To complete your return, you will need to provide a proof of purchase or receipt. Certain situations do not guarantee a refund:
Purchase not returned in its original packaging
Purchase returned more than 15 days after receipt
Purchase damaged due to shipping company errors (mailbox too small, package thrown away, stolen, lost, etc.)
Purchase visibly used or damaged (marks on the print, tears, stains, etc.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your product. You will be notified regarding the acceptance or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method (PayPal or credit card) within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please check with your bank or payment provider. Normal banking processing times are 2-5 business days.
If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank.
If after these steps you still haven’t received your payment, please email contact@roamwithmarie.com.
If your purchase is not eligible for a refund, you will receive an email explaining the reason for the rejection.
Shipping Costs
To return your product, please email contact@roamwithmarie.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or requiring a signature on delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and in case of a dispute, please contact the shipping company.
