Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between any user of the website www.roamwithmarie.com (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “you”) and the company Roam With Marie (RWM).
These Terms are the only applicable terms and replace any other terms unless a written exemption has been expressly granted. RWM may occasionally modify certain provisions of these Terms. It is therefore recommended to review them at each visit to www.roamwithmarie.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”). These modifications apply from the date they are posted online and do not affect contracts concluded prior to that date.
Each purchase made on the Site is governed by the Terms applicable on the date of the order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
RWM provides services, products, and deliveries exclusively under these Terms. RWM does not recognize any divergent conditions from the client unless expressly accepted in writing.
Article 2: Use of the Site
Use of the Site is conditioned on acceptance of these Terms and, where applicable, compliance with any other applicable usage conditions. You guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you provide on the Site.
Users agree not to upload any content that could violate applicable law, including criminal law, copyright, trademark law, or any third-party rights.
The Site is available in French.
RWM strives to ensure the accuracy and currency of the information on the Site and reserves the right to correct content at any time without prior notice. However, RWM cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information provided. Consequently, RWM cannot be held responsible for Site unavailability, bugs, failures, or damages caused by third-party fraudulent access.
The Site may contain references or links to third-party websites; access to and content on these sites are not the responsibility of RWM.
Similarly, RWM cannot be held responsible if the Site or its systems malfunction or become temporarily unavailable, including due to software issues whether integrated or provided with the Site.
Product Features
RWM offers unframed art prints, as well as Plexiglas and Alu Dibond professional-quality prints in various sizes.
RWM offers digital travel and photography guides available worldwide. Digital products are non-refundable. Guides are available in French and English.
RWM produces calendars featuring 13 photographs, in several formats and delivery options.
Ordering Steps
Product page: Select format, finish, and delivery options.
Cart page: Confirm your order to add it to your cart.
Delivery page: Enter your details and payment method.
Confirming your cart constitutes acceptance of these Terms. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed. RWM reserves the right to reject orders in certain circumstances, such as unpaid previous orders or unverified solvency.
The contract is concluded when RWM sends written order confirmation or begins execution. The order amount is immediately charged.

Payment transactions are processed via PayPal or Stripe, encrypted using SSL technology to ensure security. Transaction data is never stored by RWM.
Delivery Address & Shipping
RWM delivers physical products (art prints) in metropolitan France to the address provided during checkout. Address changes are possible within 24 hours by contacting contact@roamwithmarie.com.
Delivery is typically within 20 business days. Shipping costs are included in the order price. The carrier is not required to deliver inside your home and may leave the package at the entrance of your building.
Ownership Reservation
RWM retains full ownership of products until full payment is received.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized orders (e.g., custom dimensions, finishes, or arrangements).

Article 3: Personal Data Protection
Personal information provided to RWM is stored on secure servers. Access is limited to order processing, statistical analysis, and newsletter delivery.
Data collected (name, address, email, phone, payment info) is used solely for order processing and notifications. Personal information may be shared with logistics partners for delivery purposes but never for other uses. Payment data is never stored by RWM.
You have the right to access, correct, block, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting contact@roamwithmarie.com.

The contract and interpretation of these Terms are governed by French law. RWM complies with all legal guarantees. Products and services conform to French legislation.
